REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS / RETREATS​

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Shakti Temple Arts, in which case a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made over one month before the event can be refunded excluding the deposit. Cancellations one month or less before the event are non-refundable. Shakti Temple Arts is not liable for plane tickets or hotel reservations made to and from events. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.

For India journeys only: Any hotel or travel bookings made before cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the deposit.
REFUND POLICY FOR GROUP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Due to the nature of this program refunds are not currently available. However, in extenuating circumstances they will be considered and can be made on a prorated basis according to how much of the program has been delivered. Please note that if a refund is granted, or a payment plan is terminated before completion, the participant will lose access to the Virtual Temple and all content therein.
REFUND POLICY FOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Due to the nature of this program refunds are not currently available. However, in extenuating circumstances they will be considered and can be made on a prorated basis according to how much of the program has been delivered. Please note that if a refund is granted, or a payment plan is terminated before completion, the participant will lose access to the Virtual Temple and all content therein. If retreat is not attended and certificate is forfeit, the costs of the retreat accommodation and food will be refunded.
REFUND POLICY FOR AWAKENING SHAKTI PROGRAM

Sessions that have been delivered cannot be refunded. If mentorship is terminated by Shakti Temple Arts or the mentee, the remainder of the mentorship fees for undelivered sessions will be refunded. If there are cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged in full.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE CLASSES

Classes that have been delivered cannot be refunded. Remaining classes can be refunded if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the next class.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE VIRTUAL TEMPLE PROGRAMS

All evergreen programs are non-refundable at this time.
