Shakti Temple Arts is committed to providing you with excellent services and a seamless experience. Please review our fulfillment policy to understand how we handle orders, bookings, and service deliveries.

GENERAL SERVICES

 

Booking Confirmation:

Once you book any service, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include details of your service, payment receipt, and any other relevant information.

 

Service Delivery:

Our services are delivered as per the schedule agreed upon during booking. Should there be any changes, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance.

 

ONLINE CLASSES

 

Enrollment Confirmation:

After enrolling in an online class, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment and providing details on how to access the class materials and schedules.

 

Access to Materials:

Online class materials will be accessible through our website or the designated online platform. Access will be granted 24 hours before the class start date.

 

Class Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If a class is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified at least 72 hours in advance. You will have the option to attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund. Read the Refund Policy for more information.

 

 

RETREATS

 

Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot for a retreat. Full payment is due one calendar month before the retreat start date. For India journeys, full payment is due three calendar months before the tour start date.
 

Retreat Confirmation:

Upon receiving your full payment or deposit, we will send a detailed itinerary and necessary information for your retreat via email.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Shakti Temple Arts, in which case a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made over one month before the event can be refunded excluding the deposit. Cancellations one month or less before the event are non-refundable. Shakti Temple Arts is not liable for plane tickets or hotel reservations made to and from events. Travel insurance is highly encouraged.​ For India journeys only: Any hotel or travel bookings made before cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the deposit. IN-PERSON CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS

 

Appointment Confirmation:

After scheduling an in-person class or series, you will receive an email confirmation with the full class details.

 

Arrival and Check-In:

Please arrive on time or 10 minutes early to settle in

 

Cancellations and No-Shows:

No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged in full without credit. For cancellations up to 72 hours before a class series or workshop, credit or full refund can be granted. Once a class series is in session, there are no refunds or credits offered. Read the Refund Policy​ for more information.
